ihmissuti

ihmissuti is the songwriter project of Helsinki-based Kimmo Ihanus. Two decades of writing songs across every genre — indie rock, garage rock, trip hop, acoustic folk — with no interest in picking a lane. The influences range from Green Day to Massive Attack, Wu-Tang Clan to Tuomari Nurmio, Faith No More to Pet Shop Boys.

These are working versions: songs written and composed by Kimmo Ihanus, brought to life with AI-assisted production while the search for the right producers, bands, and collaborators continues. Some of these songs are twenty years old. All of them are still looking for their final form.

"The songwriter's workshop — songs in search of their final form."
